Refunds & Cancellations
- No refunds or cancellations will be accepted once the product has been shipped.

- You may cancel your orders within 24 hours after placing an orders. Please also understand that there is a 3.5% processing fee penalty for every cancelled & restocking orders. Check the Rip N Ship policy page for more info cancellations on live.

Rip-and-Ship Sales Are Final
- Once a Pokémon pack is opened during a live stream, the sale is final, and no refunds will be issued.

- By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree that opened packs are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Preorder Sales
- Preorders are shipped 3-4 days after release date as inventory comes in from supplier.

- Preorders CANNOT BE CANCALLED after release date. Please be aware before committing to the order.

- If you place an order that includes both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will be held until the preorder items are available. If you want in-stock items to ship separately, please place a separate order.

- Please understand that the cost of pre-ordered products can change between the time that the listing goes live and the release date. The price you pay at the time of the pre-order will coordinate with how much we buy the product for. Requests for a refund of pre-orders due to a price change will result in a ban from my web store.
