When will my order arrive?

- USPS Ground 4-5 days after Processing & Handling

-RIP N SHIP processing starts after your order is opened on live stream!

- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after purchase.

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

​

- Orders containing rip-and-ship packs will be shipped after they are opened on stream.

​

- When making an order, please do NOT use a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO address. Please provide a residential address with your legal name. Not following these instructions will result in a cancellation. 

- If your package is delayed, please wait at least 5-7 additional business days before contacting USPS or us for assistance.

- If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after shipment confirmation.

- You may cancel your orders within 24 hours after placing an orders. Please also understand that there is a 3.5% processing fee penalty for  every cancelled & restocking orders. Check the Rip N Ship policy page for more info cancellations on live.
